A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival, to be paid in cash.
The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out, subject to an inspection of the condition of the accommodation.
The property is not suitable for children under 2 years old.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Parties or events are not permitted.
• The number of guests must correspond to the number indicated in the booking contract and must be respected for the entire duration of the stay.
• In the event of violation of this rule, the property reserves the right to withdraw from the contract, resulting in the total cancellation of the booking or stay.
